Terms of Service
Last updated April 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of Orika, operated by Rika Labs, LLC. By creating an account or using Orika, you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the service.
Account
You need an account to use any paid features of Orika. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account. We authenticate through WorkOS AuthKit; their security practices cover the sign-in surface.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro and Max are paid subscription tiers billed through Stripe. A few specifics:
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- Pro includes 60 remote compute hours per month; Max includes 200. Usage beyond the included hours is billed at the per-hour overage rate shown on the pricing page. You are only charged for compute while agents are actively running; sandboxes hibernate when idle.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep paid features until then.
- Yearly plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months.
- Prices may change; we will give you at least 30 days notice before any increase.
Acceptable use
You may not use Orika to:
- Violate laws or the rights of another party
- Mine cryptocurrency, host general-purpose compute, or bypass metering on our sandboxes
- Scan, attack, or probe our infrastructure or any third-party infrastructure without authorization
- Ship malware, phishing, or content intended to harm others
- Resell or redistribute the product
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For flagrant or malicious abuse we will do so without notice.
Your content
Code, prompts, and outputs you create in Orika are yours. We do not claim ownership. We do not use your code to train any model. We only access your content when strictly necessary to deliver the service, diagnose a specific support ticket you filed, or respond to a valid legal request.
Third-party agents
When you run an agent (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, etc.), your prompts and files are sent directly from your machine or sandbox to that provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to that data. We are not a party to that exchange.
Availability and changes
Orika is pre-alpha. Features may change, break, or be removed. We will do our best to give advance notice for breaking changes to paid features. The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rika Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us in that period.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or if we stop operating the service. We will give at least 30 days notice before a planned shutdown.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We will update the last-updated date at the top when these terms change, and we will email you before any material change. Continuing to use Orika after a change means you accept the new terms.
